STEP BY STEP ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Step 1 -Scrutinizing the documents received from the candidate.
Note: The filled-out application form along with necessary enclosures* are to be duly sent.
Aspirants have to attach the following self-attested documents along with the application form:
• Copy of X Mark statement.
• Copy of XII Mark statement / Equivalent degree Examination marks -if passed out or copy of XI Mark Statement -For pursuing candidate
• SRMJEEE 2016 Application acknowledgement
• Valid Address proof issued by Govt. Of India
• Declaration letter to be given by either father or mother
• Passport size photograph
Step 2 – Booking Admission:
• On satisfying all the eligibility requirements, the booking process will be informed to the candidate. Therefore candidates are required to give valid email address and mobile number.
Step 3 – Payment of Advance Fees
• Selected candidates are required to pay the initial amount of thirty thousand (Refundable), which will be adjusted against the tuition fees on joining the program.
Step 4– Payment of Balance Fee
• The candidate is requested to pay the balance Tuition fee in form of Demand Draft in favor of "SRMIST" payable at Chennai along with the originals of the XII mark statement, SRMJEEE 2016 Rank card, Physical Fitness Certificate, Affidavit by student and parent.
• The balance fee payment should accompany with the Details of Fee format will be sent along with the acknowledgment mail
Step 5–Intimation on other Admission Formalities
• The details regarding the commencement of the program, route to SRM, Hotel details, academic calendar, affidavit -PDF format, student profile to be filled through online etc., will be intimated through email and over phone after payment of advance fee.
• Candidates are requested to report to the University with the required original documents.
• Parents are requested to inform before about their travel details for pick-up from airport.
• All the students are requested to register with their mobile number for admission alerts.
Step 6- Payment of Hostel Fees
• The Hostel fee should be paid separately along with the balance tuition fee. -by means of separate DD drawn in favor of SRM University
• Allotment of room will be done on first come first served basis.
